This is for the couples who need assistance to create a professional and beautiful design for their ceremony and reception, but don't know where to start. We will assist you in developing your theme and turning the vision of your dream day into a reality.

If you have already have the planning done and want to relax and enjoy your day, this package is for you and essential for every bride! This plan is for the couple who has planned their own event and wishes to retain Bella Wedding & Event Planning for assistance on their Wedding Weekend.

  • Initial consultation to get a vision of your wedding day
  • Meet prior to wedding date to finalize details, create a detailed timeline for vendors
  • Contact each vendor personally to confirm their role on the wedding day
  • Referrals to vendors as needed
  • Unlimited advice via phone calls and emails
  • Inventory and collection of all wedding items after the event
  • Coordinate all of the formalities on wedding day
  • Coordinate & Direct Wedding Rehearsal and Ceremony
  • Greet and direct vendors on the Wedding Day
  • Customized Wedding Day Itinerary for Bridal Party
  • Customized Wedding Day Itinerary for all Vendors
  • Distribute all floral bouquets and boutonnieres and assist with pinning
