Month of Wedding Coordination Package
This plan is for the couple who has planned their own event and wishes to retain Bella Wedding & Event Planning for assistance on their Wedding Weekend and the month leading up to the event.
- Coordinate and direct Rehearsal (up to 1 1/2 hours)
- Coordinate and direct Ceremony (up to 2 hours)
- Coordinate and direct Reception (up to 6 hours)
- Customized Ceremony, Reception and Vendor Itineraries
- Contact service vendors to review arrival and departure details, contract particulars and venue's procedures for unloading, set up and teardown.
- Confirmation of all rented items and quantities
- Refer Vendors as needed
- Distribute final Vendor payments upon completion of their assignments
- Greet and direct vendors on the Wedding Day
- Unlimited etiqutte and advice via phone calls and emails
- Wedding Day Emergency Kit
- Two meetings during the month. First meeting is a site visit. The second meeting will be to review detailed custom Wedding Day Itineraries.
Partial Service Wedding Planning
If you want to plan your own wedding but need someone to guide you through the process, this is the package for you! This package includes the Wedding Weekend and any additional assistance you may need.
This is for the couples who need assistance to create a professional and beautiful design for their ceremony and reception, but don't know where to start. We will assist you in developing your theme and turning the vision of your dream day into a reality. All weddings are different, so please request a custom quote for what design and decor you would like assistance with.
